I bought this as a gift for my wife who has a MacBook Air and both an iPad and iPhone as a means of helping her keep her USB ports free and or not have to use multiple chargers. When she first tried it on her power adapter it wouldn’t seat fully on the MacBook Air adapter plug and even when I tried it did not seem to fit completely on the charger so I just assumed it was not compatible with the Air and we dissapointedly repackaged it and I was in the process of returning it when I did one more check on the product description to see if it mentioned that it wasn’t compatible with the Air. On the contrary the description said that it was compatible with ALL styles MacBook charger units. So I went back opened the package again and used much more pressure when sliding it onto the charger and it did finally seat completely and now seems to be working fine. I guess this is an example of needing brute force to make the thing work, normally when I try forcing something I end of breaking it ;)

    1) Faster than charging using your Macbook’s USB port.
    2) Connects to either your Magsafe power adapter -OR- to an iOS wall charger (allowing you to charge two iOS devices at once off of one plug).
    3) Looks good.
    4) Keep it connected to your Magsafe when traveling for convenient packing.

CON: Overpriced – trading in on brand recognition and smart looking design to artificially inflate the price.
